Se houver discrepância substancial entre o anúncio para melhorar os serviços ou obras para o atendimento da população, se estará com fortes indícios que se pratica um governo demagogo.

   O trabalho de excitar paixões pode ser identificado pela maneira de dizer o que está fazendo, especialmente pela mídia. Quando se nota que a propaganda institucional extrapola a realidade, mostrando uma realidade invisível para a população, tenha certeza de que você está diante de um governo demagogo.

   A maioria não gosta de ter um governo demagogo, entretanto, é imperioso saber que o primeiro a negar que exerce um governo demagogo e o próprio governante, exatamente no momento em que ele pretende iludir as massas. Por isso, essa avaliação precisa ser individual, isenta e absolutamente sem influência de ninguém.

   Quando se fala aqui de governo demagogo, se refere a todos os tipos de governo, mas especialmente aquele que vem autorizado por um mandato popular, ou seja, vereador, prefeito, deputado estadual, governador, deputado federal, senador ou presidente da República.
Então, quem detém um mandato popular, mesmo que seja um parlamentar, esse mandato pode ser interpretado como um governo, pois tem descrito a sua finalidade.

   A demagogia é o modo comportamental, que sempre se coloca com máxima de “defender o interesse do povo” acima de seus próprios interesses. Na verdade esse é o bom discurso, é o discurso que interessa e que se ajusta aos seus reais objetivos, e que tem a perfeita definição de demagogia.

   Se você identifica algum demagogo com mandato atualmente, entenda que é preciso observar esse mandatário para entender as reais intenções que tem e que não quer demonstrar. O demagogo é sempre habilidoso com as palavras e consegue construir uma cortina de proteção, feita de outros demagogos, estes parasitas necessários para produzir a demagogia.

   Até mesmo os que estão naquela cortina por necessidade, não sabem o mal que estão fazendo, pois lhe chegam apenas as boas intenções, se é que existe alguma, do demagogo mor.
O demagogo é perigoso, não pela forma como trabalha, mas pelas inverdades que diz e defende-as como se verdades fossem.
